Upgrade including new kitchenette and lighting

Fit out including new lighting and removal of suspended ceiling to create an industrial feel and give additional height for gym equipment

New store including epoxy floors and repair of vandalised walls whilst tenancy was vacant.

Removal of existing timber shopfront and door and replace with new aluminium and glass shop front and auto door
